• How does the tool count months? — It counts calendar months, so a person born on March 31 and checking on April 30 is 0 years, 0 months, 30 days — not a full month yet.
• Does it handle leap years? — Yes. February 29 birthdays are handled correctly; the next birthday falls on February 28 or March 1 in non-leap years depending on the convention used.
• Can I calculate someone's age on a past date? — Yes. Change the reference date to any past date to calculate age at that point in time.
